We’re lucky to be based down the road from Europe’s largest beach-launched fishing fleet on Hastings beach, so naturally fish and seafood forms a big part of our restaurant menu.

We are proud to work with the team at Hastings Fish to serve, support and promote local and sustainable fishing. The vast majority of our fresh fish and seafood comes from Hastings.
Our oysters come from Colchester, our scallops from Rye Bay, and we make use of often underrated seafood that’s in plentiful supply, including cockles, dabs and huss. Whole baked fish are regular favourites, along with ceviche and tartare.
