CHRISTMAS PARTY MENU
This year our Christmas Party Menu is celebrating the wide array of exciting new-wave English wine being created right on our doorstep (a lot of it just having been harvested and being released shortly).
We’re pulling together all flavours grape, wine and vine – from wine sauces and dressings to vine leaves, raisins and aged wine vinegars and even the fruits themselves.
We’re pairing all that with four exciting English wines (well, one eau de vie !) to pull it all together – these are interesting, diverse and limited wines that are a treat to explore!
