Good Friday 19th April: Bottomless Brunch
We’re back with another bottomless brunch to mark the Easter season and help kick off a fabulous four-day weekend. If you’ve been to one of our bottomless brunches before, then you know the drill. If not, expect a food and fizz filled brunch party where a menu of indulgent egg dishes and more besides are paired with free-flowing Prosecco for a whole two hours.

Easter Sunday 21st April: Easter Sunday Lunch
Join us on Easter Sunday, 21st April, to celebrate the season with a roast and a knees-up. We’ll be serving our Sunday Roasts (details here) from midday as usual, along with Rye Bay Scallops, Colchester Rock Oysters and plenty more seasonal treats to start. To round things off, expect chocolate in all its forms. Well, it is Easter after all.

Thursday 2nd May: Grapes & Plates: Loire Valley Wine Tasting Dinner
Following the success of our inaugural Grapes & Plates 🍇 & 🍽 tasting event, we’re back with our next one: a six course Loire Valley Wine Tasting Dinner. Join us as we sip our way through classic Sancerre and Vouvray, and wade through the muddy, earthy Farmyard flavours of Saumur, Anjou, and Chinon. In true French style, each wine will be paired with food. Each dish will be inspired by the regional produce of Loire but made with the best local ingredients on our doorstep. That’s six wines and six plates, taking in some of our favourite glasses from our favourite wine region.
